by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
The goods must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to check and, if signs of use are found, to deduct appropriate compensation when refunding the purchase price.
Exceptions
Jewellery that is made according to customer specifications or that is clearly tailored to personal needs cannot be returned.

Refund
For the refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was agreed with you. We will only make the repayment after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. You bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the goods.
