Shipping

The jewellery is shipped within Europe. We use the services of the Austrian Post AG.

 

Austria

Standard shipping: 2 to 3 days, shipping fee of 5€

Express shipping: 1 working day (the order must be placed by 12:00 p.m.): shipping fee of €12

 

Other countries in Europe

Standard shipping: 5 to 10 days, shipping fee of 18€

 

If delivered items show obvious transport damage, please report such errors to us immediately.
